Take a moment to look within yourself to ask the question…”am I really healthy” ?  In the daily rush of life living life in the ‘fast lane’ people forget that they may look good from the outside but are really sick on the inside. How healthy are you on the inside matters more? With this question in the forefront of my mind I have investigated chronic long term disease in detail and accidentally opened a ‘Pandora’s box’ of very serious questions! 
It amazes me to fully understand the workings of the human body and mind being so skilfully designed. It is in fact a living piece of art that we so often take for granted. As a war is waged against our health that entraps us from birth. Global health has become a guaranteed profit business each part of the human body is worth multi trillions. We spend too much time loving our outer image in a fake society where illusions of freedom was bought and sold.
