It was lovely to speak to you as always. I cannot thank each of you enough for taking care of me when I was ill all the time with one problem after the other. I, hope Dr Hannan and Dr Patel are keeping well. There are some typo errors in the attached letter you have sent. Please redo. Please keep my email request on record as this will be included in my website. I need a detailed medical note. Before I joined your clinic, I had issues with ulcers of the oesophagus that was treated with a very high dosage of antibiotics. Could you please add that I have had the following issues since I joined your clinic, and I would have regular repeat prescriptions until 2017 for the following diseases.

o Thyroid problems: with several benign lumps in my throat. (Tests show that they are benign ) what advise could I have to monitor these lumps when do I have to get the scans redone?) These lumps are causing an issue with sporadic coughing and choking incidences. Can you please mention that I have refused to have a camera inserted in my mouth to check these lumps?

o Bladder issues 

o Water retention: Oedema

o Heart problems

o Headaches 2000 – 2017 (CHRONIC MIGRAINE) Could you please confirm what dates I began Zomig and when I stopped this medication. As I have suspicions that the side effects of this medication turned my life upside down.

o Short term memory problems and brain fog

o Serious anxiety attacks: One in court in 2012 and another in the CT Scanner that prompted the stopping of the heart stress test. Please confirm the dates of the heart stress test that had to be postponed and I didn’t go back.   

o Ongoing depression (How many years) I was prescribed medication after the birth of my son in 1987 for a little over a year, and twice since as far as I can recall.

o Kidney problems

o Arthritis:

o Spinal issues: Curvature of the neck, and seven injections in my lower spine in 2008 after the road traffic accident in 2005 due to trapped nerves no operation was advised or could be done.

o Osteoarthritis injections in both knees for a year

o Insomnia

o Liver complications fatty liver: Please mention gradual improvement as blood test suggests.

o Dizziness

o Weight gain

o Severe stomach pain

o Allergies

o Bladder issues: Cystitis

o Gall bladder problems: Two operations in 2012 in one week Stoke Mandeville Hospital.

o Nausea 

o Irritable bowel syndrome

o Slow eye decline

Also, please could you add that it ‘appears’ based on blood tests I have healed all the above issues, hence the fact that I have not applied for repeat prescriptions, including chronic migraines, balancing the hypothyroid improvement with Fatty liver issues, high blood pressure and heart related issues. Please could you give me a detailed breakdown of the recent blood test to see if there has been any changes from the previous bloods taken before the jabs. This is very important. I amso sorry for the inconvenience. 

Please could you compare both the blood tests before and after the corona virus vaccinations, as I have begun to have joint pains, chest pains, sudden erratic body change of temperature and sudden sweating, pains in the right side near kidney area, allergies like heat rash tiny fluid pimples all over my body that comes and goes, pain in my arm where both injections were given, sharp travelling pain in different parts of the body that comes and goes.

If there is anything new showing up in my bloods, please let me know so I can monitor it. I have opted to view my NHS records online please could you give me full access. I would also like the following names of the herbal remedies I have been taking since the last three years to be on my medical records:

Hemp: anxiety, sleep, and joint pain. I was allergic to the CBD oils due to chemical alcohols.

I have begun to make my home-made remedies of toothpaste, bodywash and hair conditioner and facial oils blends with no chemicals. As mentioned before the purpose of my book and the reasons why I have decided to make my medical history public is to prove that I have been able to turn my health around after a chemical detox. I am not anti-medicine; I am anti-chemicals. It appears we have approximately 600 chemicals daily from the moment we are born and the purpose of this book that I have written POISONED FROM BIRTH is to prove that the pandemic of global chronic long-term diseases is conveniently ignored as it benefits those who have invested in global health making every sector into a multi trillion businesses in every currency. 

We have been fed the diseases and the illusion with the ‘management of disease’ with the overdose of chemicals in medication, food and every processed commodity causing serious side effects over time rather than look for cures or live a pre-emptive lifestyle to avoid the triggers for bad health to avoid becoming dependent on medication that does not heal permanently. I wish to confirm that even though there are medical professionals in my extended in law family I have not reached out to them for any advice with regards this book and my health U turn. They are aware that I am writing this book but have not read it as far as I know.
